Originally c60% of the flock were off the sailing club and c40% of the flock were on a shingle island nearer Giblet Ore and some terns may have been on the side you can't see. Then most of them moved to the beach off Osborne View pub. Just before I left at 0900, majority of roosting terns (278) were off the sailing club and the rest were presumably fishing.

	Further to the dead bird I reported along the stream a couple of weeks ago, there was a mostly submerged bird in the process of giving up on life in the perimeter ditch south of the lake and another sad and sick looking individual on the edge of the Deeps.
