| 15:00 | Delighted to find this, my first this year and on DC. Still sporting summer plumage, with a lovely spotted chest and darker patches on its folded wings. Just before 4pm it was spooked by a Red Kite flying low over the flood. It circled over my head, calling before towering and heading off SE. I'll get a photo up after the footie. | |||
