	I was informed by 3 people that before I arrived at the Point a photographer had entered the field and flushed the owls. Selfish individuals like this, although in the very small minority cast a very bad light on other photographers and birders like myself who carry a camera. Could I ask the photographer who took a photo of the guy in action to publish it on this site in the hope of discouraging others from doing the same. It is this type of behaviour along with covering it up by others that prevents me from sharing sightings of other more vulnerable and more sought after owl species. MESSAGE FROM KEITH BETTON: NIGEL, I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THAT PERSON WHO HAS APOLOGISED AND PROMISED NOT TO DO IT AGAIN. PHOTOS FROM OTHERS HELPED ME TO IDENTIFY HIM. TOTALLY UNNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR.
