At least 10 x birds in the field immediately SE of the small bungalow. All seemed to be in 'pairs' and, where close enough to determine, often were males and fem's, presumed 1st winter birds? 8 of the birds were in the field where sheep are currently grazing, the other two were in the fenceline of the old railway, closer to the bridge.
