09:40 | Heard a call I was unfamiliar with walking up cowleaze towards the downs. Call was coming from dead tree at tree line, sounded like it headed into the woods but didnt see it. Good match to pied flycatcher alarm call on xeno canto but as i didn't hear it again or see it, can't say for certain. Looked around cowleaze to relocate it with no success. | |||
