ad. Non-breeding, unringed. Dropped onto links scrape 09:30, probably from pasture to the north of scrape to where it returned 10:00. Flew from there towards Hook Lake 10:15 but seen by Mike Hesk c.10:40 by Cowes Lane reedbed before flying to meander pools where it stayed to 11:10 at least. Last seen E over Cowes Lane 11:35 so maybe returning to Cowes Lane reedbed or heading off to Titchfield Haven. SU4904.
