13:30	2-3 hour stint looking for the Iceland gull in vein! Despite no sign there was plenty of gulls coming and going so could still be in the area! 9 Greenshank's, 2 Common sands, 7 Whimbrel, 1 drake mandarin, 1 tawny owl and a lesser spotted woodpecker calling. All in all not a bad afternoon down at the river...
