| Very far end of main meadow either male Curlew or possibly Whimbrel? Seen briefly, very distant in heat haze. Considered Whimbrel because it ran into sedge area, noted before these feed and move quicker than Curlew. |

| Two people in biohazard suits on the rough grass that should 'hold' Lapwing and Snipe and Skylarks, but, have b*gger all because they are 'spot spraying' to get rid of the 'weeds' so that it doesn't upset their livestock! It needs to be said there are No livestock and there is NO fence to keep the imaginary livestock in and the threadbare newly planted hedge is only three feet tall and wouldn't keep in a rabbit, if there was one, let alone cows, or sheep or pigs! AND! And! The Docks and the Thistles and Nettles are the very thing nature thrives on!?!? No Goldfinches on the Thistles. No butterflies or Sedge Warblers or Grasshopper Warblers in the Nettles. As for the Docks... AND! And! Should they be walking about there in nesting season?!? AND! Nah! Tha's it!. |
