	Pair in courtship display in the Lapwing field (none present this Spring, guess the Kites have driven them away). One of the pair picked up a large egg & dropped it in front of the other bird, as it did so a Red Kite dropped down on the egg separating the Gulls, it didn't seem to know what to do with it, just stood there with the Gulls protesting, all the commotion attracted a Magpie, as the Kite left the Gulls were straight back on the egg, spliting it open & feasting on the contents.
