My first Rock Pipit for Bucks, given away by a single call as it flew low to the southeast. Wind did not help in trying to listen out for subsequent vocals however I managed to get a couple of pictures showings its long but stocky silhouette. One image in the gallery. | ||||

10:39 | A dark streaked Scandinavian, perhaps the bird I first saw on Sunday 23rd October and not bearing a ring, favouring the NE corner of the reservoir before flying off into the neighbouring horse paddocks. Watched with Mike Campbell and photographed. | |||
