fem types. One bird seen on neighbour's roof at 11. Then mobile but returned frequently and at 15:30 with a second bird! Only present 5 mins then both flew west. One bird returned again, last seen 16:35. SU375207.

Joined several hundred BHGs at Mockbeggar North that were preening and bathing remained for 5 minutes until birds were spooked with half the gulls dropping back in and the other half flying south. Much closer than on Ibsley Water.

A pair of presumed Lesser Redpolls flew west over my house this morning. A lot of 'vis mig' going on with Mipits, thrushes and finches all passing over in decent sized flocks.
