| 08:00 | A dark-billed juvenile preening on the main island. Last seen flying around the island at 8am - not sure if it left the site or not. | |||

| 07:40 | Watched a single adult drop out of the sky from a south easterly direction and land on top of the main island at 07:15. At 07:40 a further flock of 15 birds flew in also from the south east. They all landed on the main island. I didn't get a good look at all 16 birds, but of the 9 I could see perched up, they all looked adult. All 16 birds then flew off south at 7:52 and watched disappearing over Winter Hill, Berks. | |||

| 07:50 | AB initially reported 1 bird and that was on the E side of the main island shortly after I arrived. Adam, who was on the W bank, then reported another 15 arriving and I could still only see one. Within a minute 2 more perched on the E side of the island soon increasing to 4. A short time later 1 flew S which I followed with my bins and I picking up a long stream of Egrets all flying S. I counted 16 in total. | |||

| 17:00 | Breeding plumaged bird seen flying in at c14:45 by Ash Stow. Sat in the main island until c17:30 then flew out the SE corner of the lake. Returned shortly later, flew north up the east side then west towards Marlow. | |||
