05:40 | Astonished to hear a Quail singing just before sunrise. I believe the bird was flying but I couldn't see it. The first two sets of song were quite close, the second two sounded further away to the East. The alternative to it flying was the bird turning it's head, but pretty confident of a singing bird in flight migrating. My second record here in 23 + years. |
