I spent about an hour with this wonderful flock early morning, much in the pleasant company of Adrian Roach. There are some really beautiful looking birds here now in virtual full S/P. They repeatedly sat low in the field when a corvid or BOP was around. Whilst there were 125 birds at one point the whole flock sunk down and between us we couldn't see a single bird- amazing !
